Required Documents for UTME Candidates

• Certificate of Origin

• UTME result slip

Required Documents for Direct Entry (D.E.) Candidates

Direct Entry applicants should upload:

• Recent passport photograph
• O'Level result
• Certificate of Origin
• Scanned signature (signed on plain white paper)
• A'Level result or equivalent qualification

Additional Information Required for Direct Entry Candidates (D.E)

Direct Entry applicants should also provide:
